Why this needed attention

Coordinating different branch purchase orders and supporting PDFs often requires repeated sorting and manual preparation.

THE APPROACH

What I designed

Explored a branch-facing preparation dashboard to bring order metadata, document type and composition steps into one interface. This is a workflow prototype, not a claim of an end-to-end deployed email system.
