What Label Studio does

Label Studio is a free label designer that runs in your browser. Set the label size in centimetres, add text, a barcode or a QR code, a logo and a price, then print on A4 sheets or one label at a time.

Use it for shelf labels, price tags, product stickers, storage boxes and asset tags. Import a CSV or Excel product list to make a whole batch in one go.

How to use Label Studio

1. Choose a template or enter your label width and height in centimetres.
2. Add or edit text, a barcode or QR code, an image and a price.
3. To make many labels, import a CSV or Excel product list and map the name, code and price columns.
4. Open the A4 sheet view and set margins, gaps and number of copies.
5. Print at 100% scale, or choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.

Frequently asked questions

Are the barcodes valid?

EAN-13 numbers are checked (including the check digit) and invalid numbers are flagged before you print. Code 128 labels follow the standard encoding, but always scan a test print with your own scanner before printing a large batch.

Will the printed label be the right size?

Yes if you print at 100% scale (not “fit to page”). The preview uses real centimetres and the print sheet uses the same size.

Can I make labels from an Excel list?

Yes. Import a CSV or .xlsx file, map the name, code and price columns, and the sheet fills with one label per row.

Can I save my label designs?

You can save a design on this device only. Nothing is uploaded, and you can clear saved labels at any time.

Your files stay on your device. Processing happens in your browser, and your documents are not uploaded to BusyDayKit servers.
